although i forgot my camera, my first national's game was fantastic - i even have a favorite player, #9 vinny castilla. a sense of humor and excellent skills (he may, possibly, have let one of the brewer's players take a ball in the head as they were coming into third base...it was just out of his reach...kind of)

avoid the interpreter...unless you like your thrillers to be completely void of thrills.
also, it's a shame, but there really isn't a reason to go to the uptown theatre anymore, unless cockroaches and mice are your preferred seatmates. this was my second time recently to witness some sort of orkin moment: first a little mouse crawled up in to the seat upholstery (it was kind of cute, in a christmas kind of way), but this time, cockroaches scattered when the double doors were opened at the end of the movie. enough. please point the way to the exit, ma'am.
gallery place and georgetown have such nice theaters...and parking...the charm of the uptown is quickly fading.

fyi- cafe st. ex now uses prefab ketchup and the fries are, well, different...ahh the days of the homemade ketchup and wonderful fries are over. the new chef claims to not want to step on the old chef's toes and use his ketchup recipe...so he opened a can instead. what a shame. note to the proprietor, who hasn't returned my email (yes, i emailed a restaurant owner about a condiment....i am not ashamed), it's the details that set you apart and kept us coming back.

how did you do it? how does dc not have any security cameras apparantely anywhere?
hmmmm, what do you do now? it's incredible, it's a masterpiece, but it's soooo over the line that how do you use this in the real world? how can you ever take credit for this?? i guess i'm thinking too linearly...always a marketer....
